ARTER produced Les Habitants by Xavier Veilhan at the Cité Internationale of Lyon.

Designed as signs and landmarks in the public space, these sculptures, elements of totemic identity, are dispersed throughout the Cité Internationale for all to see, from casual visitors to regulars.
